MAPA Corp

MAPA Corporation is founded by power couple John Palisoc and Wendy Mendoza.  These two enterprise geniuses are the same creators of the extremely popular heritage restaurant in V. Luna, Quezon City, Old Baguio- Flavors of Cordillera.

What are "heritage restaurants?"  Heritage restaurants bear traditional food from a certain locality that was lost in time.  The MAPA Team, under the leadership of John and Wendy, spent a huge amount of time, money and effort digging up these heritage cuisines from every part of the map of the Philippines, and with Wendy's magical culinary touch, these culinary treasures are for every diner to enjoy.

With the soaring success of Old Baguio- QC, the corporation is now conquering the South, by injecting the same Cordilleran favorite that everyone loved, in the heart of Tagaytay City!  And instead of just bringing the highly talked-about Old Baguio to the South, MAPA Corp is also brining Old Vigan-Flavors of Ilocandia as well.

With the expansion of the corporation, we are bringing more culinary heritage from the OLD MAP of the Philippines: Old Intramuros, Old Cebu and Old Davao.

True enough, when one's tummy is lost, MAPA will lead the way.
